After more than twenty years of renting our dream home, the day we always knew would eventually arrive has finally come.
We have six months to pack up and say goodbye to this beautiful mid-century house that has been our family home since my step-children were small, long before my own children were born.
This multifaceted exploration through time and change opens a window into the intimate dynamics of familial bonds and connection to place, Illustrating how love is deeply intertwined with physical spaces.
Drawing from archival memories created during our time here and employing a linear form of storytelling, the work in this series marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter as I process some big life changes and hold tight to ‘The Memories We Keep.’
